Beaches International Jazz Festival (Toronto). by Festival Nomad, Gary McWilliams. The Beaches – Toronto I have very early memories of the Beaches area of Toronto. My mother grew up in the area, my grandparents lived here until they passed away and my mother’s sister and her family lived here until my uncle retired.
